Appointment with CD councillor on Thursday.:( Have now descended into a chocolate frenzy and feel awful!! :`(At this rate will have an extra 4 stone to lose on top of the 4 i already have to get rid of. Hope i can do this as it looks really difficult. Have read another girl's blog ref Cambridge diet - She lost 14 stone and looks amazing!! Such an inspiration too!! Shall update after my meeting.:wave:
